Three forms
Rent, RaaS or buy?
The same machine, three ways to put it to work. The difference is not in the robot but in who carries the risk, how long you are committed and where the cost lands on your balance sheet.
Per week, no commitment
You rent a maintained demo unit from the European fleet, billed by the week. Delivery within two to three weeks from European stock, with no import paperwork for the Benelux. You extend week by week, or simply stop.

Choose this for a trade fair, an opening or a campaign, or when you want to see what the machine does on your floor before committing.
Per month, 36 months
Robots-as-a-Service turns an investment into a monthly cost. You pay for the use of the robot under a full SLA, not for owning it. The machine stays off your balance sheet and becomes an operating expense.

- Ownership: the unit remains the property of RaaSX; you pay for availability
- Included: SLA and maintenance service (monitoring, preventive maintenance, updates and repair work); parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty

- Cost: lowest amount per month
Choose this when the task recurs and you need structural capacity rather than temporary capacity.
One-off, the machine is yours
You buy the unit at list price and it goes on your balance sheet. What happens to it is up to you: modify it, build on it, lend it out. Service and maintenance are arranged separately.

When does renting stop making sense?
Rental is billed per week, RaaS per month on a 36-month contract. To compare the two, we convert the weekly rate into a month of 4.33 weeks.

The answer is the same for every model: a full month of RaaS costs less than a single week of rental. What renting buys you is not a lower price but freedom of movement, and that costs roughly four to seven times the monthly rate.
Our rule of thumb: if you need the unit for less than two weeks, rent it. If you are somewhere between a few weeks and a few months, rent first and convert afterwards; what we learn about your task during the rental carries over into the RaaS contract. If you already know this is a recurring task, RaaS is the cheaper route from day one.

From request to delivery.

Request
You request a quote for one or more units, fill in your details and the period you want, and send the request. Nothing is charged and you are not committed to anything.
Review
We check whether the units are available in the requested period and whether the task suits the chosen model. You hear from us within two working days.
Approval
If we agree, we confirm the units, the period and the rate. If the task suits a different model better, we say so before anything is fixed.
Agreement
You receive the rental or RaaS agreement with the confirmed units, rates and terms. Only on signature does an obligation arise.
Delivery
We schedule delivery and commissioning on site. The SLA starts from that moment.
Before you book.
Can the robot perform a specific task?
In principle, yes. Anything beyond walking, standing and dancing has to be programmed. Describe your scenario when you request, and we scope the effort up front rather than afterwards.
Can you send qualified staff during the rental period?
Yes. For demos and events we plan an operator or technician to accompany the robot. There is also a one-day Robot Operation & Programming training for your own team.
Where do the units ship from?
From European stock held by Illeon, the official European distributor of Agibot. For the Benelux that means 2 to 3 weeks and no customs formalities.
What if I want to keep the robot?
You extend week by week, or you convert the rental into a 36-month RaaS contract with a full SLA. What we learn about your floor during the rental carries over into that contract.
Am I paying anything here?
No. This is a reservation request, not an order. Nothing is charged and no obligation arises until the agreement is signed.
